Architecting a
Zero-Legacy Future
Global leaders in industrial waste rehabilitation, converting the world's most complex environmental liabilities into high-yield, sustainable commodities.
Legacy Waste: A Global Health Crisis.
Legacy landfills are active humanitarian crises, characterized by systemic failures that the world has long deemed “unsolvable.” Uncontrolled open burning at unsanitary sites bypasses all ecological safeguards, releasing a lethal cocktail of dioxins, furans, and other particulate matter directly into the atmosphere. Simultaneously, microplastics and heavy metals leach into groundwater and soil, entering the human bio-circuitry.
The consequences are not theoretical; they are catastrophic. From transboundary haze crises claiming over 100,000 lives annually, to the Shenzhen structural collapse that buried 73 people, and persistent landfill fires across Indonesia, the human cost is accelerating.
IGNIS exists to solve the unsolvable. Through advanced thermal molecular cracking and ultra-high-efficiency filtration, we neutralize these liabilities at the source—extinguishing the threat of open burning and permanently sequestering harmful pollutants before they reach the lungs of our communities.

“In 2023 alone, landfill fires across Malaysia released toxic emissions affecting over 2 million residents — yet 80% of the nation's waste still goes to landfill untreated. Microplastics from open burning enter the bloodstream, lungs, and brain tissue, with long-term effects we are only beginning to understand.”
The Only Commercially Viable Solution.
IGNIS is the only technology currently commercially viable to resolve the issue of non-recyclable legacy waste. Our patented Ignis 3R process eliminates waste at the source — removing microplastics, preventing landfill fires, and stopping groundwater contamination before it reaches communities.
How Ignis 3R Technology Converts Waste into Oil

Collection
Waste arrives at the facility and is excavated from the landfill.
Heating
Waste is heated to 180°C without oxygen in a closed system — no burning, no incineration.
Oil Production
Within 4–6 hours, oil is produced from the heated waste.
Extraction & Filtering
The oil is extracted, filtered, and collected in fuel tanks.
Refining
The oil is further cleaned to produce Euro 2 grade diesel fuel.
By-Products
Remaining materials such as green coal, metals, and glass are separated and resold.
